Food items purchased from anywhere other than the Illini Union vendors may not be brought into the Rec Room or the Illini Union. Rates are based on the estimated requirements. Price will be adjusted according to actual attendance. Reserved space will be held up to 15 minutes past the starting time. There will be a $10 charge for each lane reserved that is not needed/used within 15 minutes of the original reservation time. The Illini Union Rec Room reserves the right to assign unclaimed space to other customers RSO's - An approved Space Request form must be returned to the Rec Room before the reservations can be confirmed. I understand these policies and that I will be contacted with a price within a short period of time.
