Application for Funds
Important - Please read completely before continuing
- Complete each field that pertains to your request. Please read the application
carefully, and make sure you are familiar with the SORF Guidelines and
Restrictions before completing your application.
- When you submit your SORF Application, you will receive an application number.
This is your confirmation that the SORF Office has received your application.
If you do not receive an application number when you submit your application,
contact the SORF Office immediately.
- Note your application number. You will be able to use it to check the status of
your application and refer to the application throughout the year.
- If the Board has questions about your application, a Board member will contact
you via email. You are responsible for checking your email and responding to
any messages you receive.
- The university is currently reviewing policies regarding the use of SORF funds
for international travel. If your organization is considering applying for SORF
funds for international travel, please contact the SORF Administrator before you
submit the funding application.
