Sound Package 1

Expanded sound reinforcement system for small venue concert support.
System to include full-range sound, two floor monitors, up to six
microphones and two direct lines into mixing console. Labor billed
at an hourly rate.
Sound Package 2
(Technician required) $145.50 - $87.30 - $58.20
Sound reinforcement system that provides high quality full-range
sound for presentations, small musical acts, public speaking in
large venues or any other applications where full-range sound is needed.
Includes up to six microphones and podium amplification. Labor billed
at an hourly rate.
In-House System
(Please call for an estimate)
Both the Illini Rooms and the Ballroom have sound systems that can
support public address functions, light music and up to four microphones,
including podium setup.

Hourly Rates
You may need a supervisor if your event requires complex sound,
lighting or video hookups. If your event does require assistance of
a technician, hourly rates will apply. Most labor will be performed
by trained student technicians.

Scheduled Network Setup
(per computer)
If customers require assistance in setting up computers to access
the network, they will need to arrange this with us at least 48
hours before the event.

Mini Hub for Multiple Computer Setup
In the case of a multiple computer setup for connection to the Internet,
a mini hub can be rented to provide up to eight 10baseT connections.
Or, in the case that the customer's NIC is 10bast2 (coax),
we can use the same hub to provide 10base2 - 10baseT connectivity.

Internet/Network Connection - $10
An IP address to access the Internet will be assigned upon
request for a University Department or Registered Student
Organization that wishes to access the University Network or Internet.
All connection cables are the responsibility of the user unless
specifically requested.
